We are looking for a Senior Administrator to join our Passive Fire Protection department. In this role, you will be a key part of the team, ensuring the efficient coordination of projects and the smooth delivery of services to our clients. You’ll take ownership of logistics, scheduling, and communication across multiple stakeholders to keep projects running on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
What You'll Be Doing
* Project Coordination : Oversee and coordinate daily logistics, including engineer schedules, appointments, parking, materials, and site supplies to ensure efficient project delivery.
* Scheduling & Access Management : Proactively handle no-access situations by rescheduling, resolving conflicts, and liaising with clients to maintain progress and client satisfaction.
