What you will do:
* Assist in the preparation and dispensing of medications under the guidance of a pharmacist.
* Accurately maintain patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Provide medication‑related advice to patients and healthcare staff, enhancing patient safety and support.
* Manage pharmaceutical stock, including ordering, checking, and storing pharmaceuticals and medical supplies.
* Ensure compliance with all pharmacy law, regulation, and standards set by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
Requirements of the Pharmacy Technician:
* Must have current GPhC registration as a Pharmacy Technician.
* Proven experience working in a UK‑based pharmacy setting, ideally within a hospital environment.
* NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent pharmacy technician qualification.
