You\'ll be supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver 14 great shifts, ensuring the prep is done for each day and make each dish to spec.
Responsibilities
* Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver 14 great shifts, ensuring daily prep is completed and each dish is made to specification.
* You are probably an existing Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef looking to take the next step in your career.
* Demonstrate good chef/kitchen skills (food prep hot and cold, cleaning, knife skills, good hygiene practices) and experience with fresh ingredients.
* Good communication skills and a team player.
Qualifications
* Self-motivated to work at pace, with limited supervision.
* Strong knowledge of best practice in Allergens, kitchen essentials and Food Safety.
