This role is part of the Reservations team, responsible for ensuring a superior guest experience by managing reservations and event coordination, including handling guest inquiries, inventory, and ensuring compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Supports the smooth running of the reservations department, delivering the guest journey to the highest level.
* Works as part of a team to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, providing timely responses to enquiries and problem resolution.
* Manages assigned duties and tasks, ensuring timely and professional execution.
* Delivers on departmental plans and objectives, aligning with hotel initiatives and targets.
* Collaborates with immediate supervisor to control costs and inventory, achieving productivity and performance goals.
* Builds effective relationships while promoting company culture and values.
* Ensures compliance with legislation, best practices and audit requirements.
Requirements
* Experience in reservations beneficial but not essential.
* Hands‑on, can‑do work style.
