Unit Manager - Bath Clinic

* £38,000 per annum
* Monday to Friday, occasional weekends
* Shifts between 7am to 8pm

The Role
As Unit Manager, you'll oversee patient dining and staff catering services, driving excellence in food production, service delivery, and compliance. You'll manage and develop your team, build strong client relationships, and ensure operational, financial, and contractual targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities

* Lead, train, and motivate a skilled catering team.
* Build strong client and customer relationships, acting on feedback to improve services.
