We are looking for a dynamic IT Trainer to join our Technology & Innovation team and empower our people to get the most from our technology. In this role, you will design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs that equip staff with the knowledge and skills they need to work efficiently and confidently with our systems and tools.
As technology evolves, you will play a critical role in ensuring our people can leverage new features and capabilities to improve processes and deliver exceptional client service.
The Role
As IT Trainer, you will:
* Conduct training needs analyses to understand the requirements of different teams and projects
* Design and deliver training in multiple formats, including classroom sessions, one-to-one coaching, and online learning
* Develop comprehensive training curriculums, materials, and resources, such as user guides, FAQs, Wiki pages, and video tutorials
* Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust content to ensure continuous improvement
* Keep up to date with the latest technology features and updates, ensuring training materials remain current
* Support business change initiatives through post-live drop-in sessions, coaching clinics, and targeted training interventions
* Collaborate with the Service Delivery team to identify training needs from support trends
* Assist in measuring and reporting on training effectiveness against team, department, and business objectives
About You
You are an enthusiastic and technically savvy trainer, capable of breaking down complex topics into clear, engaging content. You thrive in a professional services environment and are comfortable working with colleagues at all levels, from support staff to senior partners.
You will bring:
* Proven experience in IT training, curriculum development, and instructional design
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365; experience with eLearning tools (Articulate or similar) is advantageous
* Familiarity with legal sector systems is a plus, though not essential
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
* Strong organisational skills and flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs
* A forward-thinking approach, embracing change and inspiring others
* Training certifications such as Microsoft Certified Trainer or Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+) are advantageous but not essential
