As we continue our international expansion and scale our operations, we're investing in world-class financial insight to guide decision-making and help shape the next phase of growth. We're seeking an FP&A Manager to join our team and help lead that effort. Our success is driven by talented people who share our passion for innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercial, ambitious and analytically minded finance professional to shape and drive the planning process as well as embed best practice finance business partnering and analytical support to the wider LeMieux teams. There are currently over 180 employees across Head Office and Operations, with international teams in three locations. The role offers the ability to develop and own the financial planning process and have a real impact and influence through driving profitability and financial visibility throughout the business. You will develop and lead the business forecasting and planning cycle as well as driving the quality and content of financial reporting and analysis that runs throughout the business, including outputs to the SLT and into the Board.

What You'll Do

Reporting into the CFO, you will:

* Own and continuously improve the 3-statement financial model.
* Lead the annual budget and Quarterly Business Reforecast (QBR) cycles, ensuring clear assumptions and ownership across teams.
* Build close relationships with budget holders and functional leaders and drive increased visibility and accountability for performance across our international markets and multi-channel business model, highlighting variances to plan and clearly articulating their drivers, working with the wider business to facilitate and track corrective and mitigating actions.
* Translate financial insights into clear actions to improve margins, working capital, and operational efficiency.
* Continually enhance the quality and narrative of monthly reporting, including SLT and Board packs.
* Use Power BI and Business Central / ERP data to drive actionable insight and commercial decision support.
* Work with CFO / FC / SLT on ad-hoc requests and projects from time-to-time.

What You'll Bring

* ACCA / ACA / CIMA qualified.
* Proven FP&A experience within a multi-channel consumer or retail environment.
* Strong analytical and modelling capability, with a focus on commercial outcomes as well as accuracy.
* Curious, pro-active and comfortable challenging assumptions at all levels; demonstrating high levels of rigour and attention to detail, data integrity and accuracy.
* A self-starter attitude with a collaborative and credible style with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
* Be able and willing to help improve processes, and with sufficient gravitas to successfully interact with all areas of the business.
* Be able to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
* Highly competent Microsoft Excel skills and strong MS Office proficiency.
* Within sensible commuting distance of our offices near Romsey, Hampshire.
