Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a well-established manufacturing business who are looking for a hands-on coordinator to support site-wide improvement activity. This role is ideal for someone organised, detail-focused and keen to build experience in continuous improvement and manufacturing operations.
What you'll do as a CI Coordinator
-Support workplace standards, audits and safety records
-Track improvement actions, ideas and progress
-Update documents, procedures and visual guides
-Pull together basic performance and improvement data
-Organise meetings, notes and reports
-Act as admin support for continuous improvement and operations teams
What we're looking for
-Experience in admin, technical support or manufacturing is useful
-Interest in Continuous Improvement, Lean or 6S
-Strong organisation and attention to detail
-Comfortable juggling tasks and keeping accurate records
-Confident communicator
