They provide high quality care and support to people with learning disabilities and autism living in their own homes and also in specialist supported accommodation. This post requires you to be registered with CQC. You will be experienced in turnaround, change management, troubleshooting, supporting service managers, pre and post CQC preparation, quality and compliance, contract management and delivery, local authority relationships, leading, developing and supporting teams. What is crucial is that you will share the organisation’s ethos in terms of having a passion for providing truly person-centred care of the highest quality, by putting your clients at the heart of what you do.
