The company
This is a newly created restaurant as part of a wider estate which encompasses accommodation, sporting facilities club house and hospitality space. With a brand new team being brought on this is a great opportunity for the right person to join at a super exciting time! The restaurant will be a fast paced and focused on Pizza and also have a bar attached.
The role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy world class venue opening as Restaurant Manager. The role will encompass financial management, stock control and ensuring the delivery of service levels is to the highest standard. Ensuring all food is served in accordance with company standards and that any customer queries are handled in a friendly and professional manner. Liaising with and having a collaborative communication style with the kitchen team is essential to ensure each service runs smoothly.
About you
We are looking for an ideal background in a supervisory or managerial role within a quick service restaurant or pizza style restaurant. You will be a strong leader with the ability to attract and retain a hardworking team - you love the buzz of working in a fast paced environment and have a strong commercial focus to drive revenue. Excellent communication skills are required as is a Drivers License and own vehicle.
