About the Role
As an integral member of our award-winning Client Solutions (Sales) team, this role focuses on driving revenue growth across solutions including branded content, display, filters, influencer marketing, and sponsorships within key clients. You will ensure retention and foster long-term partnerships, supporting three Business Director leads within the team for each agency.
The goal is to position LADbible Group as a trusted tier-one agency partner for business-critical clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop market-leading, integrated proposals tailored to client or agency briefs, coordinating with Data, Creative, Strategy, and other teams to create compelling pitches.
2. Confidently pitch both proactive and reactive responses to clients.
3. Achieve and surpass revenue targets and KPIs for your managed business.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key agency personnel and clients, supported by the Business Director.
5. Create and execute long-term collaborations and partnerships with relevant brands.
6. Present insights on categories, products, and audiences to enhance proposals.
7. Deeply understand your clients’ businesses to propose proactive ideas addressing their challenges.
8. Craft impactful case studies and award entries to elevate LADbible Group’s industry profile.
9. Conduct post-campaign analysis to support revenue retention and growth.
10. Monitor competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, making strategic product recommendations.
11. Attend relevant industry conferences.
Desired Skills and Experience
1. Proven ability to understand briefs and develop integrated proposals, including full funnel planning examples.
2. Experience working across Omnicom agencies is desirable.
3. Flexibility to adapt to business needs across the Omnicom network.
4. Excellent presentation skills across all seniority levels.
5. Knowledge of digital platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and familiarity with sponsorship, influencer marketing, and AR.
6. Creative thinking and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced digital environment.
7. Entrepreneurial mindset to propose new ideas or formats.
8. Willingness to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
9. Passion for delivering great work and strong business outcomes.

Additional Information
We have adopted a blended working model, with most departments working in-office three days a week across our London, Manchester, and international offices.
