The Role

As a Building Services Manager, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of complex construction projects, ensuring all mechanical and electrical (M&E) services are designed, coordinated, and installed to the highest standards. You'll work closely with design teams, subcontractors, and project managers from pre-construction through to handover.


Key Responsibilities

* Manage and coordinate all M&E services on-site
* Review and advise on M&E design and specifications
* Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
* Ensure compliance with building regulations and health & safety standards
* Monitor progress, quality, and cost of building services installations
* Provide technical support and resolve on-site issues
* Lead commissioning and handover processes
