Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary :£30,000 per annum + Competitive Commission (uncapped) + Company Car

As we continue to grow and evolve, we are seeking a highly motivated, professional Business Development Manager to join our expanding team.


Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving business growth by building strong relationships, managing a healthy sales pipeline, and representing the Inspace brand with professionalism and expertise. You will consult with clients to understand their fitness and wellness needs, provide tailored solutions, and help bring high-quality projects to life.


Key Responsibilities

* Proactively identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities across fitness, corporate, leisure, education, and government sectors.
* Manage the full sales cycle, from initial enquiry and consultation through to proposal, negotiation, and close.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity records using the company CRM system.
* Deliver professional, knowledgeable, and inspiring presentations to clients on Inspace’s equipment, design solutions, and build capabilities.
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
* Collaborate closely with internal design, operations, and project management teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Stay up to date with industry trends, product developments, and emerging fitness & wellness technologies.
* Represent Inspace at industry events, exhibitions, and site visits with a professional, polished appearance.


About You

* Proven experience in sales—ideally within fitness, wellness, health, or related industries.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
* Confident with CRM systems and disciplined in maintaining accurate records.
* Passionate about fitness, health, and wellbeing, with the ability to speak knowledgeably and credibly about the sector.
* Professional appearance and the ability to represent a premium, high-standard brand.
* A self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
* Full UK driving licence required
