Our client is currently recruiting for the position of HR Business Partner, based in Aberdeen on a 6-month contract.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and deliver HR projects with a strong focus on change activity.
* Work independently to scope, progress and complete assignments.
* Partner with leaders to review team effectiveness and future capability needs.
* Handle ER matters, including disciplinary and grievance processes.
* Provide clear, pragmatic HR advice and support.
Experience & Qualifications:
* Proven HRBP experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong background in change and project-based work.
* Confident handling a range of ER cases.
* Able to work independently, use initiative and drive work forward.
