* Experience in trade counter, retail, or customer-facing environments.
* Comfortable using IT systems (ERP, CRM, etc.) training provided.
* A proactive mindset and a passion for delivering great service.
* Someone who values teamwork, integrity, personal development and who is committed to a "hands on" role.
* Preferance will be given to those who have previously worked in a Trade Counter Environment with a proven track record in people management.
