Pay: £95–£120 per day
Hours: 8:30am–3:30pm (additional hours paid)

About the Role
We are currently seeking experienced Primary School Teaching Assistants to work across our partnership primary schools throughout Cambridgeshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate and adaptable individuals looking for flexible work, whether on a day-to-day basis or within long-term and potential permanent placements.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils’ learning and development within a nurturing classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and stimulating learning activities
* Preparing classrooms for lessons, including setting up and tidying resources
* Supervising pupils during break and lunch times to promote safe and happy play
* Supporting children’s learning through play by observing, interacting and engaging with them
* Working with individuals or small groups to reinforce learning and build confidence

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* Previous experience working within a Primary School or a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification
* A genuine passion for inspiring and motivating young learners
* Flexibility to work on day-to-day supply or commit to long-term placements
* A proactive, caring and adaptable approach
All applicants must:
* Be willing to undergo (or already hold) an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service
* Complete thorough safeguarding, interviewing and referencing checks
