What you'll be doing
Our pharmacists make a real difference in the communities we look after, delivering trusted care, advice and services that put patients first. In this role, you'll use your clinical expertise every day, surrounded by a brilliant team and tools.

Key responsibilities
1. Delivering NHS, locally commissioned, and private services using both in-store and digital tools
2. Leading professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance
3. Monitoring, evaluating, and continually improving standards of care and safety
4. Working with the Store Manager to develop the capability of the wider healthcare team
5. Growing talent that reflects the communities we serve; coaching, mentoring and supporting your colleagues every step of the way.
6. Representing Boots within the local community and with healthcare professionals
What you'll need to have (our must-haves)
7. Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI)
8. Strong communication and relationship-building skills
9. Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting
10. Passion for delivering essential, advanced, and private services
11. A collaborative, team-first mindset and an eagerness to coach and guide others

12. Experience in enhanced services
13. A strong understanding of local clinical networks

Need To Know
We have an exciting opportunity for Relief Pharmacists to join our team at our Cowley Road store in Oxfordshire, where you'll have the chance to make a real difference to our customers' and patients' lives.

This Relief Pharmacist position will provide you with a great opportunity to develop your skills as a pharmacist and career prospects with Boots.

This opportunity is to work 40 hours per week.

Although we are advertising a full-time position, anyone who is looking for flexible working, or part time hours will also be considered for this position - including if you are a Newly Qualified pharmacist

The store is easily accessible from the A40, A34 and M40 as well has having great public transport links from Oxford City Centre.
