Our client is a well respected Lloyd's market Underwriters with an excellent reputation for being a great place to work! They are currently recruiting for a new role for a Catastrophe Analyst to join the Non- Natural Catastrophe team dealing primarily with Cyber and Terrorism This role will suit someone who ideally has experience in Exposure/Catastrophe Analysis OR who has experience within the Insurance industry who enjoys working with large data sets - for example you may have worked with Binding Authority data or something similar. The most important thing is your experience in the Insurance industry and your proven ability to work with large sets of data to produce extremely accurate work to a deadline. You will ideally have a degree level of education ( or similar) with strong analytical/mathematical skills. You will also need excellent Excel ability and if you have SQL too that would be great. They are offering a salary range of between £40,000 - 50,000 based on whether you have experience in Catastrophe Analysis.
