Job Title: Care Assistant Nights
Salary: £13.24 per hour plus incentives
Hours: Full‑time permanent contract, 3 to 4 shifts per week; 7:30 pm – 7:30 am including alternate weekends.
Location: Brigg, DN20 8DL.
About the Role
Join our team of dedicated Care Assistants to provide the highest possible level of care, supporting and assisting residents in all aspects of daily living. You will promote residents’ independence with a focus on choice, dignity and respect, and work towards high‑quality daily charts and consistent training compliance.
Responsibilities
* Provide personal care and support with daily activities such as washing, dressing and eating.
* Promote residents’ independence, choice, dignity and respect while supporting their physical and emotional wellbeing.
* Complete all daily charts to a high standard, ensuring 90 % and above during all monthly chart audits.
* Maintain 100 % completion of mandatory training throughout the year.
Requirements
* Clear motivations and/or relevant experience.
* Residing within 20 minutes of the care home.
* NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Written and oral communication skills.
* A caring and nurturing attitude.
* A positive and enthusiastic mindset.
* Time‑management and organisational skills.
