What you'll be doing Bringing your mechanical expertise into the full design and production process from concept through to delivery.
Reviewing customer specifications and advising on feasibility of designs.
Turning design intent into reality, working closely with the drawing office and production teams.
Supporting product testing and analysing results to drive improvements.
Providing on-site support during installation, servicing, and testing when needed.
Producing detailed technical reports and collaborating with subcontractors to deliver high-quality solutions.
Playing a key role in a diverse range of projects across multiple industries.
What we're looking for A degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent professional accreditation).
Strong knowledge of stress, strength, and deflection analysis, with experience in finite element analysis.
Understanding of rotor dynamics, bearings, heat transfer, and materials selection.
Practical knowledge of fabrication and machining processes.
A problem-solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
