Simmons Adaptive – Asset Management Lawyer

Role details
Main purpose of the role: Simmons Adaptive are keen to hear from Asset Management Lawyers who are keen to support our client, a global investment management firm. This is a full-time role covering a parental leave for 6 months, and based in the London office 3-4 days per week. The consultant will have a focus on a mix of IMA work and implementing new products and ideas across the global business.

Person specification / Qualifications
* You are a qualified lawyer with asset management and investment funds experience.
* You have experience drafting Investment Management Agreements.
* You have excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to understand the perspective of clients.
* You are able to work in a dynamic and fast moving environment.
* You are able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines. You have excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads.
* You will be required to hold the relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
