About the Role
We are seeking a software/web developer to join our established Digital Services team. You will contribute to the design, development, enhancement, and support of a portfolio of web applications, integrations, and digital platforms that clients and end users rely on 24/7.
The role offers exposure across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), working closely with consultants, developers, testers, DBAs, and support teams to deliver high‑quality, secure, and maintainable software solutions.

Responsibilities
* Design, develop, test and maintain web‑based applications and services using Microsoft full‑stack technologies.
* Participate in code reviews, technical discussions and solution design activities.
* Support live systems, including investigation and resolution of defects and issues.
* Produce clear technical documentation and maintain high coding standards.
* Work within agreed delivery timelines, budgets and quality expectations.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices, tools and processes.
* Ensure solutions comply with quality, security, safety and environmental standards.
* Collaborate with colleagues across multidisciplinary teams to deliver user‑focused outcomes.
Qualifications
* Commercial experience in software or web development.
* Experience developing applications using a Microsoft technology stack.
* Good knowledge of C# and modern .NET development.
* Experience building web applications using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
* Familiarity with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server.
* Understanding of secure development practices and the full software lifecycle.
* Ability to manage multiple work items and priorities effectively.
* Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
