Sous Chef Responsibilities:
* Running a section with precision during busy services
* Supporting the Head Chef with daily kitchen management
* Assisting with menu planning and dish development
* Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and organisation
* Upholding food safety, hygiene and allergen regulations
* Training and guiding junior chefs in best kitchen practices
