We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our client based in Swindon.
Key Responsibilities:
* Execute MIG welding tasks with precision; TIG welding experience is a plus.
* Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
* Operate handheld, powered tools and machinery safely and effectively.
* Collaborate with team members whilst also being capable of working independently.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
* Maintain excellent timekeeping and adhere to production deadlines.
* Produce high-quality work while working within tight tolerances.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 3 years of fully qualified experience as a welder/fabricator.
* Proven experience as a coded welder.
* Familiarity with BS EN 1090 welding procedures is advantageous.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* A valid driving licence is essential due to our rural location.
Experience Required:
* Fabricating: 3 years (mandatory)
* MIG Welding: Required
* TIG Welding: Preferred
* Forklift operation: Preferred
