Customer Sales Advisor - Remote, Mainland UK only
* Salary: £24,500 per year plus average bonus earning potential of £5,040 per annum
* Hours: 37.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern between the hours of 8am - 8pm, Monday to Sunday

The role of Customer Sales Advisor:
* Be the first point of contact for customers who call in for help with their Sky equipment.
* Represent and promote a well-known household brand.
* Make customers aware of the Sky Protect product they can purchase.
* Build rapport with customers and get to know their individual needs.
* Use sales and communication skills to upsell products.
The ideal Customer Sales Advisor:
* 1 year's continuous and targeted sales experience within the last 3 years.
* A driven mindset with strong customer service and sales skills.
* Great communication skills - you're at ease building rapport, listening to customers, and demonstrating empathy when needed.
