Hours of Work: 37.5 per week - hybrid/remote The IT Support Technician will be responsible for delivering high-quality IT support across multiple business units and functions. From troubleshooting hardware and software issues to maintaining systems and ensuring seamless user experiences, you will be vital in supporting our educational programmes and administrative operations. Support will be provided both locally and remotely, including on-site visits within the UK and Europe when needed to keep our technology running smoothly.
