What you will be doing:
1. Coordinate a team of Enrolment and Awards Officers in the effective and customer centric delivery of all registration, enrolment and awards activity across the University
2. Coordinate systems & process relating to student enrolment and graduations, ensuring the University’s student record is a robust and accurate reflection of student enrolment at all times and that University’s student ceremony record is an accurate reflection of conferment.
3. Direct ceremony proceedings on the day of Graduation ceremonies, leading on all operational aspects of ceremony delivery across sites, including, but not limited to, coordination of staff and volunteers, graduand registration, greeting, seating and overall hall management, being responsible for the smooth running of conferment to provide an exceptional experience for graduands, guests and staff.
Qualifications/ experience:
4. Experience of planning and coordinating complex resources to deliver a service
5. Experience of working with complex databases, such as a student records system
6. Experience of providing support, advice and guidance in a student facing environm
