We are looking for a committed and motivated practitioner to join our Youth Justice Partnership as a Youth Justice Case Manager / Court Officer.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people. This role involves working with children aged 10–18 who are involved in the youth justice system, supporting them and their families from pre-court through to post-court outcomes.
You will take a Child First approach - recognising children’s strengths, listening to their voices, and supporting them to make positive changes.
You will also represent the Youth Justice Partnership at court, presenting reports, writing comprehensive assessments, and contributing to decision-making, ensuring the child’s voice, needs and strengths are clearly communicated.
You will work directly with children, families and partner agencies to reduce the likelihood of further harmful behaviour, promote safety and wellbeing, and contribute to safer communities with fewer victims.
Please see attached job description and employee specification which you should refer to when completing your application to demonstrate you meet the essential criteria for the role.
