About the Role
An established and growing specialist contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple internal and external finishing projects across the South East. Working across sectors such as residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, you'll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
This is a key leadership position suited to someone who thrives on managing multiple contracts, coordinating diverse teams, and delivering technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of project delivery, from pre-start to handover

Manage multiple live sites across the region, ensuring quality, health & safety, and programme compliance
*
Lead project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring clear communication and expectations
*
Work closely with commercial and estimating teams to manage budgets, variations, and client requirements
*
Liaise with main contractors, consultants, and clients to maintain strong working relationships
*
Identify and resolve on-site challenges swiftly and professionally
*
Ensure all works meet regulatory, contractual, and design specifications
What We're Looking For
*
Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager within construction
*
Strong knowledge of facades, SFS, render, cladding, and/or drylining systems
*
Excellent leadership, coordination, and client-facing skills
*
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a proactive, hands-on approach
*
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of contract requirements
*
Valid CSCS card; SMSTS and First Aid certification preferred
*
Full UK driving licence (essential)
