DNA Recruit are working with a leading production provider, working across some of the most prestigious live events.
This is a client-facing, hands-on role that combines project management, technical delivery. You'll be joining a passionate, collaborative team that delivers cutting-edge lighting, audio, video, and scenic solutions for a wide range of live events.
The Role:
You’ll be responsible for taking projects from concept to completion – managing client relationships, technical design, quoting, logistics, and on-site execution. As a leader on site, you’ll supervise teams and ensure delivery standards meet and exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-end project management: quoting, design, logistics, delivery
* Liaising with clients to understand and shape project briefs
* Creating technical drawings (AutoCAD), specifications, and safety documentation
* Managing teams and suppliers across lighting, audio, video & scenic disciplines
* Acting as the main point of contact during delivery and live events
* Maintaining budgets and timelines, adapting to evolving requirements
You will need to have strong experience within the live events production industry. In-depth technical understanding in Audio, Video, and lightening.
