What you will do
* Lead and manage a caseload of fostering cases, ensuring high standards of service.
* Provide supervision and support to foster carers, assisting them in providing excellent care.
* Conduct assessments and reviews for new and existing foster carers.
* Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
* Deliver training sessions to foster carers and participate in fostering panels.
* Work in accordance with legislative frameworks and local policies.
* Ensure accurate and timely recording of all interactions and interventions.
