Based at their stunning Audi dealership in Salisbury, you will provide aftersales support across all Heritage dealerships in the group. The Role * First point of contact for customers booking servicing or repairs. * Handle enquiries via phone, website and email. * Contact existing customers to promote services and offers. * Upsell service plans and products. * Ensure every customer receives outstanding service. About You * You MUST have the right to work in the UK and be based local enough to commute. * Ideally a driver with their own vehicle, however, if not you must be able to reliably commute to the site. * Strong customer service and communication skills. * Confident telephone manner. * Organised and able to prioritise tasks. * Automotive experience useful but not essential – training provided.
