Overview
We’re looking for a Senior IT Technical Support Engineer to join a small, hands-on IT team. You’ll provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support, work on IT projects, and help modernise systems with a focus on security.
Responsibilities
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across multiple sites.
* Lead and contribute to IT projects, including cloud migration.
* Support and train colleagues of all IT skill levels.
* Conduct operational checks on backups, CCTV, access control, and business systems.
Qualifications
* Experience in 2nd/3rd line support and IT projects.
* Strong Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and hardware knowledge.
* Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
* Valid driving licence for regular site visits.
