Key Responsibilities Lead planning activities across medium to high-complexity projects or programmes. Develop & manage project schedules using advanced planning and scheduling tools. Apply project controls techniques such as Earned Value Management (EVM). Manage and develop a team of planning professionals. Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal project teams. Ensure alignment with carbon reduction and sustainability goals. Drive safety culture and ensure compliance with H&S regulations. Key Skills & Experience Required Extensive planning experience across multi-disciplinary construction sectors. Strong command of planning tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.). Understanding of project controls, value management & EVM. Proven leadership and team development experience. Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management ability. Excellent written & verbal communication. Qualifications & Memberships Degree in Construction, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent). Membership of a recognised body e.g. APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA (or demonstrable CPD). Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, sustainability, and carbon impact.
