Qualifications and Characteristics
* Well established within the wider West Midlands/Welsh Borders rural market, or able to relocate and embed themselves in the area
* Comfortable handling a mixed rural caseload
* Commercially minded and able to spot opportunities with clients
* A natural relationship builder who can work closely with existing leadership
* Someone with the energy and initiative to help drive the business forward over the coming years
