Protocol Education are working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Colchester who are seeking a dedicated Year 2 Teacher for a long-term supply role beginning in September. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate teacher to join a friendly school community and make a real impact.
The Role:
* Full teaching responsibility for a Year 2 class
* Planning, delivering and assessing engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
* Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Working collaboratively with school staff and leadership
The Ideal Candidate:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (Year 2 experience desirable)
* Strong behaviour management and classroom organisation skills
* Enthusiastic, adaptable and committed to pupil progress
