Job Title: MIG Welder
Location: Commutable from Markfield, Coalville, Loughborough
Salary: Up to £15.50 per hour
Shift: Monday - Thursday, 4pm to 2am
**Must be able to drive due to location **

The MIG Welder Role:
As a MIG Welder, you will be responsible for producing high-quality fabricated components while ensuring accuracy and consistency in your work.
Key Responsibilities:
* MIG welding mild steel components
* Fabricating and assembling parts to specification
* Reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
* Measuring and preparing materials for production
* Setting up welding equipment based on job requirements
* Fettling and grinding sheet metal
* Conducting quality checks on your own work
* Identifying and reporting any issues or defects
* Handling tools and materials safely and efficiently
About You:
* 1+ years' experience as a Welder
* Read blueprints and drawings and taking measurements to plan layout and procedures
* Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements
* Set up components for welding according to specifications knowledge of using measuring equipment to quality check work.
* Fettling and grinding sheet metal work.
* Quality check finished products.
* Record and report any issues.
* Manual handling of different tools to complete the job to the highest standards set.
