About The Role
We are looking for a passionate Analyst to join our team. You will provide data, analysis, reporting, and decision-making support to stakeholders across Logistics, helping to optimise operational efficiency. This role is key in supporting our data-driven approach to improving processes and driving business performance.
Responsibilities
1. Extract, interpret, and visualise data to support decision-making.
2. Consolidate data from multiple sources across Logistics, ensuring accuracy.
3. Identify trends and conduct root cause analysis to improve KPIs.
4. Collaborate with teams across Logistics, Finance, and Technology on strategic projects.
5. Ensure compliance with security best practices in data management.
Requirements
1. Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
2. Proficiency in SQL, VBA, or similar programming languages.
3. Experience building BI reports and tools.
4. Effective collaboration and communication skills.
Interview Process
* Intro call with Lead Recruiter (30 mins).
* Case study assessment.
* One or two interview stages focusing on scenarios, behavior, and experience.
