I am currently working with a leading professional services organization, which is seeking a Head of Solution Architecture and Design for an initial 6-month contract, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role.
This position is an Outside IR35 opportunity requiring 4-6 days per week on-site in London. The skills required include:
1. Proven leadership experience in solution architecture or technology solution design roles, with a demonstrable track record in leading business analysis and solution design functions within complex environments. A deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and design methodologies.
2. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
3. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and demonstrated experience in team leadership and mentoring.
4. Extensive experience in data-driven decision making.
