Property Account Director (Planning Comms)
Are you an experienced Property Planning Communications Senior Account Manager looking to step up to Account Director? If so, read on!
This firm is a market leading, independently owned, fast paced agency that is passionate about regeneration and place-making. They work with the biggest and brightest companies to deliver homes, jobs, and places in London and the South East.
As Account Director, your role is to service your client accounts daily, delivering high-quality activities that demonstrate the agency's commitment to adding value in all your activities.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
* Managing, with support and guidance, consultation, and corporate communication programmes for a wide range of property, public sector, and corporate clients
* Supporting and briefing client teams
* Being well-versed in all aspects of the planning and property landscape, with an up-to-date understanding of delivering communication activities throughout the project timeline
* Preparing client-ready collateral and advising on strategies and programmes to ensure successful delivery
* Organising public exhibition events, including venue bookings, distribution maps, Q&As, and stakeholder contact programmes
* Acting as a mentor and daily contact for junior consultants
* Overseeing projects to ensure team members deliver high-quality content
* Understanding the commercial drivers for clients and the business as a whole
* Managing client/project budgets
Emerging skills to become a Senior Account Manager:
* Managing project costs and preparing content for invoicing
* Understanding key client stakeholders
* Delivering creative ideas and insights, identifying growth opportunities
* Mentoring team members and developing skills
* Preparing training as part of the development programme
* Developing strategic roles within the client team and advising on risks and opportunities
