About the Role
Country Cousins is looking for a Self‑Employed Live‑In Carer to work in Devon. The role offers flexible working patterns, up to £155 per day, and the chance to make a real difference in clients’ lives.

Responsibilities
* Provide personalised, one‑to‑one support to clients in their own homes.
* Provide companionship and emotional support tailored to each client’s needs.
* Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation and housekeeping.
* Support clients with medical or mobility needs, including Alzheimer’s and dementia care.
* Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals such as district nurses and specialist agencies.
Who We Are Looking For
* Compassionate and patient, with a genuine desire to help others.
* Professional and adaptable, able to fit into different home environments.
* Confident working independently, with the ability to take the lead when required.
Requirements
* At least six months of professional care experience.
* Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
* Self‑employment status and two professional references.
* Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
* Evidence of relevant training, including:
o Manual Handling
o Basic First Aid
o Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults
