The Role You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of mortgage applications, ensuring a seamless experience for lenders, solicitors, and clients.
Key duties include:
• Submitting cases directly to Mortgage Lenders.
• Managing the pipeline from Decision in Principle (DIP) through to completion.
• Providing proactive updates to Brokers and maintaining back-office systems.
• General administrative support to ensure deadlines are met.
Your Experience
• Essential: At least 12-18 months years of experience within a Mortgage Brokerage or a similar Mortgage administrative role.
• Proven track record of submitting lender applications and managing pipelines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and IT proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
