An excellent opportunity has arisen for experienced, ambitious Health Care Support Workers (HCSW) to join the Health and Social Care Practice Education and Development team within NHS Grampian covering Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire on a permanent basis.
Working as an Associate Practice Educator, you will work in partnership with the existing team and be involved in supporting work-based learning for HCSWs across NHS Grampian. A key part of the role will be to support the co-ordination and delivery of an enhanced HCSW induction and clinical skills pathways.
The successful candidate will have:
1. extensive experience as a HCSW
2. have proven interest and experience in supporting education, training or professional development
3. be educated to SCQF Level 7 or equivalent
4. be familiar and able to use Power Point, Excel, Word, and TURAS Learn
