Key Responsibilities
In your first six months, we will invest substantially in your training and development to give you everything you need to begin your career in marketing analytics. Your key responsibilities and milestones during this period will include:
* Become Google Analytics certified
* Demonstrate competence in MS Excel for data analysis, manipulation, and visualisation
* Successfully deliver a client-facing measurement audit
* Implement customised marketing analytics measurement within Google Tag Manager
* Build a KPI performance dashboard visualising multiple data sources clearly
* Assist the Marketing Analyst and Marketing Analytics Lead in delivering excellent service to clients
Other Responsibilities
Beyond your first six months, you will manage a small portfolio of clients under supervision. Typical tasks include:
* Identifying digital KPIs and recommending measurement strategies
* Conducting measurement audits for data relevancy and integrity
* Implementing customised measurement solutions aligned with KPIs
* Creating dashboards to articulate digital KPIs
* Analyzing data to identify performance improvement areas
* Participating in weekly client calls
* Preparing and presenting in quarterly meetings
We will continue to invest in your training, focusing on:
* Google Data Studio and Microsoft Power BI dashboarding
* Integrating data from multiple sources using dashboards
* Advanced analysis with R programming
* SQL querying in platforms like Google BigQuery
