The Role
This is a high-impact role at the heart of our Brand & Marketing team, with broad scope and real influence. As
Senior Brand Manager
, you'll lead the development and execution of our brand strategy and multi-channel communications, ensuring consistency, relevance, and differentiation across all customer and colleague touchpoints.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams – including Product & Proposition, Digital, PR and internal Comms – and manage multiple agency partners to bring our brand to life across ATL, digital, social, and in-hotel channels. You'll also play a hands-on role in key business initiatives, from launching new propositions to leading creative campaigns and driving our social media strategy.
What you'll be doing:
* Translate customer insights into actionable strategies and compelling brand stories
* Develop and lead our annual brand communications calendar across digital, ATL, PR and social
* Create and deliver integrated campaigns and product launches that resonate with diverse customer segments
* Own and evolve our social media strategy to build engagement and advocacy
* Lead brand marketing support for key initiatives including new product launches, proposition development and innovation
* Manage internal brand guardianship and ensure consistency across all channels
* Monitor brand performance and competitor activity to inform strategy and optimise results
* Coach and manage direct reports, and lead agency partnerships to ensure creative excellence and delivery
* Oversee the brand marketing budget and drive value across spend

What We're Looking For
* Extensive experience in multi-channel marketing experience in fast-paced, customer-focused, multi-site environments
* Proven experience in leading brand strategy and integrated campaigns across ATL, digital, social and PR
* Excellent creative judgement and copywriting skills – you know what good looks like and how to get there
* Strategic and data-driven, with strong commercial acumen
* Hands-on, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple work streams and stakeholders
* Confident managing agencies and suppliers, with a track record of delivering quality and value
* Experience managing and developing people
* Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment – calm under pressure and solutions-focused
What You'll Get in Return
* £65,000 – £70,000 salary
