Job Description The Commercial Manger will work closely with the Head of Finance and key stakeholders in the operation to help drive company performance and build our long-term growth strategy through detailed analysis, insights and recommendations. The role will be supported by three full-time analysts. Maximising the performance, output, and development of the analysts will be key to success in the role. There will be a broad range of opportunities including involvement in key projects and new business initiatives. Job Requirements Essential: Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail in data presentation. Previous experience in a commercial or operational analyst role. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel (Power Query & Power BI experience preferred). Previous experience in managing junior analysts. A professional, positive, and adaptable approach to business change. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences. Job Responsibilities Act as a Business Partner to the Operational teams, which include Sales, Customer Support, and the ADIN Team Conduct detailed analysis and produce insights to support the growth of the business through commercially and operationally sound decision-making. Review daily and weekly operational performance to highlight risks and opportunities to the business. Measure ADI performance & drive change and improvement initiatives. Monitor and actively reduce work to booking leakage (cancellations, downgrades, disconnections) Establish a balanced set of KPIs to measure booking pipeline health and use these to engage the wider business to drive improvement. Understand the key drivers of driving instructor connections and drive improvement in the connection rate. Lead commercial projects, including the development and build of a cost to serve model.
