You’ll manage and deliver high-quality tenders, bids and presentations to enable AXA Health’s growth in private medical insurance (PMI), and health and wellbeing. You’ll work with new business and retention sales teams to create compelling, customer-focused proposals, ensuring compliance with AXA policies and deadlines. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means attendance in either our Tunbridge Wells, Bristol or Glasgow offices, visiting clients or attending industry events. Occasional travel to other offices for team meetings and collaboration will also be required. What you’ll be doing: Develop and deliver high-quality bids and presentations that differentiate AXA Health in the market. Manage end-to-end bid process, enabling profitable growth plans for new and renewal business, partnerships, and consulting teams. Partner with marketing and consulting teams to assess market need and align AXA Health's offerings accordingly. Oversee pipeline of proposals across various market sectors and service lines. Refine AXA Health’s value proposition to effectively communicate and differentiate from competitors. Work with the Bid Designer to create engaging pitch documents and materials. Conduct post-pitch debriefs to analyse success factors and areas for improvement. Implement continuous improvements in bid production process by integrating insights from various departments. Track and report on bid results and key metrics. Project and stakeholder management skills – essential. Ability to simplify complex information for tenders and proposals – essential. Creative approach to producing visually appealing submissions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with brilliant attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes, in particular Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of the corporate healthcare market and its dynamics – preferred but not essential. As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom. This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
