Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 qualified EYFS Teaching Assistant looking for your next role in a supportive and welcoming primary school? Teaching Personnel is working closely with a fantastic school in Thornton (FY5) who are seeking a confident and caring practitioner to join their Early Years team.
The role:
Supporting children within the EYFS classroom, providing 1:1 and small group support.
Assisting with the delivery of play-based learning activities in line with the EYFS framework.
Encouraging children’s social, emotional, and academic development through positive interactions.
Working collaboratively with the class teacher and EYFS staff to create an engaging learning environment.
Helping to track progress and contribute to observations and assessments.
The school is looking for:
A Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant (or equivalent) with recent EYFS experience.
Someone with a nurturing, patient approach and the ability to build strong relationships with young learners.
Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and a passion for early childhood development.
Flexibility, commitment, and a proactive attitude.
