Position: Operations Manager
We are looking for an Operations Manager who will:
1. Take ownership of the smooth, safe, and successful functioning of the church as we pursue our vision and mission.
2. Develop and maintain the Operations Team (currently comprising Administrator, Finance Officer, Custodian, Cleaners).
3. Work in partnership with Trustees, Leaders, Staff, and Volunteers to support the maintenance and development of safe, compliant, efficient, and effective systems and settings in which the work of the church may prosper.
