Location: East Kilbride Branch Hours: Monday–Friday 9am–5pm, Saturday 8am–12pm (half day off during the week to balance Saturday hours) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

The Role
We are looking for a Showroom Trade Sales Manager to join our East Kilbride branch. This role is a key customer-facing position, responsible for dealing with:
* Walk-in showroom customers seeking bathroom advice and quotations
* Tradesmen and their customers referred into the showroom
* Day-to-day sales support and order processing
You will be the first point of contact for customers in the showroom, ensuring they receive the highest standard of service from enquiry through to order completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and assist all showroom visitors and trade referrals
* Provide product advice, quotations, and process sales orders
* Build relationships with local tradespeople and their clients
* Maintain and update showroom displays and presentation
* Follow up on quotations to convert into confirmed sales
* Work closely with the trade counter and wider branch team
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in sales, customer service, or trade counter/showroom roles (bathroom/plumbing/DIY sector preferred)
* Strong communication and people skills
* Confident in building relationships with retail and trade customers
* Organised, proactive, and customer-focused
* IT literate and able to use computer systems
